Discounts

• Siblings will receive a 25% discount on monthly tuition on the lesser tuition.  They will also receive a 10% discount on uniforms, camps, competitions  and privates.

• Male cheerleaders will receive a scholarship their first year with the Twisters. Tuition and camps will be discounted by 50%.
Referrals

• T.T.C. members who refer a new member will receive free tuition for the month of November, your last national competition fee is FREE, PLUS both children receive a FREE private with any coach!
 
Dismissal From Squad
Our sincere hope is that it never becomes necessary to remove a cheerleader from the Texas Twisters’. However, listed below are the circumstances that would warrant dismissal from a squad:
 

• Failure to make uniform, tuition, or other required payments on time.

• Failure to comply with any policy of The Club at New Territory.

• Failure to comply with any policy of  N.T.R.C.A. including assessments and fines.

• Failure to comply with any policy of the Texas Twisters as outlined in this handbook.

• Repetitive absences and/or tardiness to practices.

• Failure to attend or tardiness to a scheduled exhibition or competition.

• Disrespectful or abusive behavior towards coaches or teammates.
 
Refund Policy

• NO refunds will be issued if you withdraw your cheerleader from the program or for any other reason.

• NO refunds can be issued on uniform packages.

• Should your child suffer an injury during the season, and be forced to sit out of practices and/or competitions, fees will  be credited to future tuition but not refunded.

• NO prorating will be done on tuition, camp or clinics unless approved by the director.

• Should your child be dismissed from a squad, NO refunds will be issued.

• Buy-back programs are available for certain pieces of the competition uniform under the discretion of the program director.

• In general, the Texas Twisters’ will follow the refund policies set forth by The Club at New Territory and the N.T.R.C.A.
              • In the event of overpayment NO refund will be issued.  A credit will  be  placed on the account for future payments. 
 
Additional Rules & Regulations

• All children participating in Texas Twister Cheer MUST be fully potty-trained.
• Food and/or drinks are not permitted in the gym at The Club at any time.
• No gum, soft drinks or candy should NEVER be consumed during practice time.
• Parents are cautioned not to park in the circle driveways on either side of The Club. These are fire zones and the constables will tow and/or ticket you.
• Disrespectful behavior will NEVER be tolerated by Club or Twister staff, whether by a parent or an athlete. After a warning, Texas Twister Cheer staff will schedule a meeting with parents; a second offense will result in removal from the team.
• The Texas Twister Cheer facility and equipment is yours – treat it with respect.
• Coaches are prohibited from acting as chaperones for athletes – please do not ask them.
• In addition to rules and regulations outlined with this handbook, all policies of The Club and NTRCA will be strictly enforced.
